Our rates for services.
We do not charge a per hour rate as we feel that this is an unfair practice all around. We charge by the square foot and number of bathroom and the level of clean. Why is this fairer? For you, the client, this means that you will know what to expect on a regular basis. It means that if the technician that comes to your home is a little slower your rate will remain the same. First time cleans and clients that skip cleans can however expect to pay more. We try to estimate to the best of our ability in these scenarios. For the technician, it means that as her/his skill level increases she/he can earn more rather than less. In a per hour scenario, the better and more efficient the technician becomes the less she/he will make. Our technicians are paid by way of commission and therefore as they can earn more as they become better their pay naturally increases. By this standard, technicians that are a little slower and provide quality cleaning can still find comfortable employment with us. For Happy Nest, it means that there are no disputes over how long the clean takes. We can now focus our energy on quality and ensuring a positive and fair work environment. For you, the client, you will know what to expect as far as price and what to expect from each clean. Cancellations Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes prior to 5 pm the day before service to avoid incurring a $60 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding. Billing We only accept credit card as a form of payment. PLEASE NOTE: A hold will be placed on your account (for authorization) in the amount of your total balance (or estimate in the case of deep cleaning) the evening PRIOR to your scheduled cleaning service. If your service is cancelled for any reason, this hold will drop off within 2-5 days. THIS HOLD IS NOT A CHARGE. Charging is completed the day of your appointment and you will receive a receipt via email once this occurs. |
