About our Cleaning Technicians.
We understand that your home is a very private and special place. Therefore, we do not take lightly the trust that you have bestowed upon us. Below is a brief outline of our practices regarding our cleaning technicians. We are a professional cleaning company and along with our in-house program we employ a professional training service that provides our training to our technicians. Our training includes a 2-level certification process. Our cleaning technicians are trained to provide a friendly, quick, efficient quality cleaning experience. Our technicians are also vetted and must pass a criminal record check and vulnerable sector check. All technicians are employees of Happy Nest and therefore, are covered by our W.C.B., liability insurance and are bonded. Furthermore, as employees of Happy Nest our technicians are bound by a confidentiality agreement as part of their employment agreement with us. |
