How to get the most out of your professional cleaning experience.
We are so happy to have the opportunity to give you a professional cleaning experience. To get the most out of your experience here are a few tips. On the day of your clean or the evening before be sure to:
Remove clutter from surfaces to ensure that we can clean properly. We will try our best to work around excessive clutter.
Ensure that your vacuum is in good working order. We will empty your vacuum canister however; we do not assume any responsibility for the maintenance of vacuums.
Unless you have agreed to pay extra for washing dishes ensure that all dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. are stowed away from counters and sinks.
We are proud to be a pet-friendly company; however, aggressive animals need to be kenneled or removed from the premise prior to our arrival. As well, for health and bio-hazard reasons we will not tend to litter boxes or animal waste.
While we are extremely careful, and it is rare, accidents can happen. If you have a priceless fragile item in your home, we encourage you to put it away during your clean.
Televisions and electronic device screens will only be dry dusted. If you would prefer that we wash your screen(s) simply send us an email with the header “Please wash my electronic device screen(s). We will only use a neutral cleaner with a well wrung out cloth however, we will assume no responsibility for any damage. You can send your email to services@happynestservices.ca.
Supplies
There is no need for you to have supplies on hand for the cleaning team. However, we do not bring toilet brushes nor a vacuum for sanitation reasons.

Entire House
High and low dust. This includes blinds, light fixtures, baseboards and mouldings. Dust all televisions and electronic equipment. (If you need your television or electronic equipment washed please let us know.) Under all furniture that is accessible or easily moved. Kitchen Clean cupboard exteriors. Clean exterior of appliances. Clean small appliances, the exterior of stove and fridge. Clean and disinfect sinks and top of the counters. Spot clean walls and doors. Wash floors and hand wash edges Empty and clean garbage area and container(s). Vacuum or wipe furniture. Living, Dining and Family Room(s) Dust/clean all furniture, items and ornaments. Dust window sills and door frames. Clean Furniture. Spot clean walls. Vacuum and/or wash floors and edges. Bathroom(s) Clean, disinfect and polish tub and/or shower including walls. Clean, disinfect and polish toilet(s), sink, vanity and taps. Clean mirror(s). Dust and clean all ornaments and pictures. Empty and clean garbage container. Spot clean walls and doors. Wash floors by hand. Bedroom(s) and den Dust window sills and door frames. Dust and clean all furniture, pictures and ornaments. Spot clean walls. Dust doors and baseboards. Vacuum and/or wash floors and edges. |
Deep Cleaning List.
All maintenance items plus
Wash all trim, doors and baseboard. Wash all light fixtures in place. Outside of the fridge cleaned and pulled out. Outside of the stove cleaned and pulled out. Outside of cupboards doors washed. Detailed wall washing Inside windows cleaned (including sills if requested). |
Move In/Out Cleaning List.
All maintenance items, deep clean items plus:
Wash inside of the fridge. Clean inside all cabinets including kitchen and bathrooms. Add On's.
Hand wash blind $10.00 to $40.00 each. (We recommend using a blind cleaning company they are by far cheaper due to being less labour-intensive.)
Laundry $15.00 per load. Bed making $5.00 to $20.00. Dishes $20.00 per level average sink size. Oven cleaning $60.00. Inside empty fridge $40.00 Inside full fridge $60.00. Deep clean washer and dryer. $20.00 to $60.00. Inside windows including sills. $10.00 per window + Outside windows including cobweb removal $12.00 per window + Siding and gutters; call for an estimate.
