What about Sick Days and Emergencies?
Our Policy on Contagious Illness.
We will not enter your home if we are knowingly ill with a contagious illness and we do not want to be in your home if you are either. Please contact us to reschedule in the event of contagious illness. |
Poor Road and Weather Conditions.
Inclement Weather and Road Conditions.
If the road conditions are poor or there are any travel advisories we reserve the right to cancel services or reschedule. Furthermore, if the school buses are not running in the county, we also reserve the same right. You will be notified by telephone. |

Cancellations
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes prior to 5 pm the day before service to avoid incurring a $60 cancellation fee. This also applies to lock-out.
